C3 has an ever evolving multitude of offerings:
The YRichmond Program
YRichmond is designed to help recruit and retain young talent in the Richmond Region by hosting a 10-week summer program packed with social and professional development events for interns and newly hired graduates. Area companies partner with YRichmond for their entertainment and professional development efforts through YRichmond - helping them recruit and retain the best talent available.
Breakfast Club
Early morning monthly "Breakfast Club" meetings designed to bring corporate leaders and entrepreneurs together to hear from experts, share experiences and take away practical strategies for implementing innovative practices in the marketplace that will yield growth and sustained impact.
New Hire Program
A newly forming program is the new hire program which will focus on expediting the "community on-boarding" process, particularly those relocating to the area, by connecting new hires from different companies to each other and the community. The program will help facilitate their ability to quickly "plug in" and meet a new network of friends and contacts.
Creative Fuel
A signature event designed to fuel Richmond's creative community by bringing in international thought leaders to inject our community with a global perspective and the application of creativity.
House Parties
A signature event designed to bring corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and creative's together to network, socialize and cross-pollinate ideas using the theme of the venue as a conversation starter.
Arts Collaborative
The Collaborative Arts Group serves as an informal gathering for artists, performers, writers, arts professionals, creative individuals and art appreciators in the Richmond community. Group meetings take place in galleries, art centers, museums, theaters, or any public venue that supports the arts. Members are encouraged to collaborate and build connections with the community through the arts.
