What do you mean an LLC can be taxed as an “S” corporation? Come hear answers to these probing questions from an experienced business attorney who has helped set up hundreds of business entities…and get your questions answered as well.

Eric C. Perkins, Esq. has been practicing business law in Richmond, Virginia since 1996, helping entrepreneurs, business owners, and community leaders structure and form hundreds of business and nonprofit entities. He was named by Virginia Business Magazine as a member of the “2011 Legal Elite” among Virginia attorneys in the field of Business Law. Eric is a frequent author and lecturer on a variety of business law topics. He is a co-author of the Virginia CLE handbook “Contract Law in Virginia”. He serves on the Editorial Board for the Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA). Eric also chairs the national Tennis Rules and Regulations Committee for the United States Tennis Association and serves as a board member and officer for the Richmond Tennis Association. He is co-author of a new book published in May 2012 titled “Richmond – One of America’s Best Tennis Towns” celebrating over 100 years of tennis history in Richmond.
