Founded in 2005, C3’s mission is to be the region's creative resource and catalyst. C3's vision is to improve the quality of life and economic vitality of Richmond by engaging, connecting and strengthening Richmond's creative community. To achieve these goals, we offer a series of programs that focus on three areas:
- Celebrate and catalyze creativity and innovation in the region;
- Connect people and ideas;
